Reegan watched as Belinda touched him, and her eyes went white. After a little bit of time, her eyes shut suddenly, and she collapsed onto him with a gasp, convulsing. Catching her, Reegan lifted her up and held her as she stilled again. “Maybe we should put her in a bed somewhere, since she kind of collapsed on me.” Reegan turned to the back of the main room. “Anywhere we can put her?”
Jonathan nodded, slipping over and taking her carefully from Reegan’s arms. “We can set her up in one of the exam rooms back here- the counters are large and padded to accommodate the larger animals people bring in here- They’ll fit a person just fine too.” He said, carrying her into the last open exam room.

Reegan tilted his head as he listened to Belinda talk. “Flipping isn’t quite right, at least, not until the demon folks show up.” He sat back in the chair and ran his hands through his hair. “Ok, so, I suppose we have a plan. We should try our best to get Belinda to have more visions and figure out what these talismans are, meanwhile, I suppose the rest of us could prepare for a fight, and maybe recruit more people if need be.” Reegan looked around at everyone in the room. “So, who is willing to help?”
Belinda raised her hand. “After my vision earlier tonight, I don’t want those freaks getting anywhere near here if we can help it.” She said, shuddering involuntarily and folding her arms across
Story Post 66: Belinda and Isabella Isabella watched as Belinda shrugged. “I’ve never tried to make the visions happen before…. They just come randomly. I have no idea how to trigger one on purpose….”
Her father stepped forward. “I have extensive knowledge of all kinds of drugs, and herbal remedies- I’m sure we can find something to trigger your visions- I’ve heard tell of a special Veshik root that grows in the mountains on Ina’Jouri that is said to trigger visions in newer oracles when burned and the new oracle inhales the fumes of the burning root.” He clasped his hand lightly on Belinda’s shoulder and suddenly she convulsed and fell against him as her eyes turned white.
“Belinda!” Christoph stepped closer, staring at her. “What’s going on? What’s happened to her-“
He was cut off as Belinda frowned and began to speak. “So…. Dark…… And

Allison narrowed her eyes at the silver haired boy. “Stories about my life? No thanks- I’d rather not upset anyone. So, what are we all a big happy family now or something?” she asked sarcastically, walking over to stand not far from everyone.
“There are demons heading for Leiftara.” Said Christoph. “And…. Apparently there are people in the world who have interesting powers….”
Allison narrowed her eyes. “Powers?” she repeated slowly. “Like what?” Like that lightning thing I can do sometimes?
Christoph looked at Reegan, but Isabella was the one who stepped forward, holding out her hand which suddenly caught fire.
Allison stared at her. “You too?” She blurted, holding out her own hand and willing the lightning to buzz between her fingertips.
Against her will though, the lightning jolted up and shattered the light above her head instead, and she winced. “Sorry about

Christoph stared at Reegan’s arm where moments ago there had been a hole. “Wh-what the hell? That’s not possible!” … He said he’s never lost a fight….. if he can heal like that, no wonder he’s never lost!
Isabella spoke up before he could speak again though. “When you break a bone, do you have to set it so it will heal right or does it just snap back into place after a while? And have you ever tried using your blood to heal someone else?” she asked curiously.
Allison yawned sleepily, waking slowly from the blank dreamless sleep that had enveloped her earlier. What’s all that chatter out in the main room? It’s enough to wake the dead…… she thought grumpily, swinging her legs off the cot and standing slowly.
Her ribs ached faintly, but hurt far less than they had earlier. Taking a deep brea
